All prices include 13% VAT and city taxes.

If you need to add any extra bed in the room if space is provided, then the extra cost per day is 15 euros.

Terms & Conditions: Reservations can only be made with holding your credit card details or by deposit in our bank account.

Cancellation fees: 

1. If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit is refunded to the client. 
2. If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the client has to cover the 50% of the cost of the stay. 
3. In case of cancellation during stay, the client should compensate the company with 50% of the cost of the remaining period of his stay.
